HISTORY

LEWUSA was formed early 2001 by the following dedicated individuals:

The first Change of the Executive committee took place towards the 2nd of October, 2002 when: Solomon .Z. Mhlanga became the General Secretariat, Nicholas Chiane and Angela Pienaar Treasure.

2004 Soloman Mhlanga contiune with post of the General Secretary and Joshua Mokoena became Executive Chairperson while he was charged with the daily responsibility of Department Head.

On the same year Mirriam kuwnu took from Nicholas and Joseph Seinameli became deputy.

Pola Philips succeded Angela deputized by Saul Seotla

2009 election brought Linah Munama as President and her Deputy Tebogo Entshitse, Lawrance Gama Treasure and his Deputy Elias Ditshego while Solomon Muhlanga and Joshua remained in thier repective position

2010 special congress brought Joshua as General Secretary, Solomon Muhlanga deployed in education and Lydia Lentsoane had to run Cordination as member of national executive.
