LEWUSA POLICY POSITION (STATEMENT)

Aim

To provide our valued members and staff a set of guidelines of the important character and statutory requirements of Lewusa union, this aim can be achieved by the following objectives:

1. Being professional total committed to the democratization of employeement relation
2. Having leadership, structurally alligned with principles where high standards are set to ensure organisational development and reach maximum satisfaction in their operations.
3. Employees Wellness, Safety, Health environment and service (health & safety Policy).



This policy will ensure promotion and maintanance of mantal and physical well being of our members and staff rather than dealing with health and safety problems as occurs following minimum legalistic approach
